License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and UUMART LIMITED (“UUMart”), operator of order.uumart.com. By purchasing a software license on this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on one personal computer (PC) for personal or business use, in accordance with the license type purchased.

2. License Types

Lifetime License (1 PC): you may use the purchased version of the software for an unlimited period on one PC, including minor updates released for that major version.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; you may not rent, lend, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its license key; you may not use the software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Registration Code

After payment is completed, your registration code and download instructions will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled under the refund policy published on the UUMart website (uumart.com). Please contact support@uumart.com within the applicable period for assistance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UUMart disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
